### sec.157 Commissioner may obtain actuarial, statistical or other data
If a person has done an act of discrimination that would, but for section 61 , 62 , 63 , 74 or 75 , be unlawful, the commissioner may direct the person to give the commissioner, within 21 days after service of the direction, any source of the actuarial, statistical or other data on which the act of discrimination was based.
The commissioner may enforce the direction by filing a copy of it with a court of competent jurisdiction.
The direction is then enforceable as if it were an order of the court.
