### sec.149 Effect of representative complaint on persons who are not members of class represented
The making of a representative complaint about an alleged contravention of the Act does not prevent a person who is not a member of the class of persons to which the representative complaint relates making a complaint in relation to the conduct constituting the alleged contravention.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that subsection (1) also applies to a person who has opted out of the representative complaint under section 148 or 195 .

(sec.149-ssec.1) The making of a representative complaint about an alleged contravention of the Act does not prevent a person who is not a member of the class of persons to which the representative complaint relates making a complaint in relation to the conduct constituting the alleged contravention.
