### sec.147 Additional requirements for form of representative complaint
A representative complaint must—
describe or otherwise identify the members of the class of persons for which the complaint is made; and
specify the nature of the complaints made on behalf of the members of the class; and
specify the nature of the relief sought.
In describing or otherwise identifying the members of the class of persons, it is not necessary to name them or specify how many there are.

(sec.147-ssec.1) A representative complaint must— describe or otherwise identify the members of the class of persons for which the complaint is made; and specify the nature of the complaints made on behalf of the members of the class; and specify the nature of the relief sought.
(sec.147-ssec.2) In describing or otherwise identifying the members of the class of persons, it is not necessary to name them or specify how many there are.
- (a) describe or otherwise identify the members of the class of persons for which the complaint is made; and
- (b) specify the nature of the complaints made on behalf of the members of the class; and
- (c) specify the nature of the relief sought.
