### sec.113A Appeal from tribunal decision
The commissioner, or a person with a relevant interest, may appeal, as provided under the relevant tribunal Act, against the tribunal’s decision on an application mentioned in section 113 .
For the appeal, if the commissioner or person was not a party to the application, the commissioner or person is taken to have been a party to it.
