### sec.112 Legal incapacity A person may discriminate against another person because the other person is subject to a legal incapacity if the incapacity is relevant to the transaction in which they are involved. It is not unlawful for a person to refuse to enter into a contract with a minor, or a person who has impaired capacity for the contract within the meaning of the Guardianship and Administration Act 2000 , if the contract can not be legally enforced. s 112 amd 1992 No. 36 s 2 sch 2 ; 2000 No. 8 s 263 sch 3
