### sec.6 Remuneration of advisory trustees— Act , s 41 For section 41 (8) of the Act , the remuneration of an advisory trustee is the remuneration agreed by the public trustee and the advisory trustee. Subsection (1) applies subject to the trust instrument for the estate under administration. See section 41 (8) of the Act in relation to the court’s power to make an order about the remuneration of an advisory trustee. (sec.6-ssec.1) For section 41 (8) of the Act , the remuneration of an advisory trustee is the remuneration agreed by the public trustee and the advisory trustee.
