### sec.149 Application of amendments made by Discrimination Law Amendment Act 2002
The amendments of this Act and the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 made by the Discrimination Law Amendment Act 2002 do not apply in relation to this Act for—
a will executed before the amendments commenced; or
the estate of a person who died before the amendments commenced.
