### sec.137 Public trustee may sue himself or herself in different capacity
Notwithstanding any rule of law or practice to the contrary, the public trustee, acting in 1 capacity, may maintain proceedings against himself or herself acting in another capacity.
However, in every such case the public trustee may apply for and shall in any case follow the directions of the court as to the manner in which the opposing interests are to be represented.
(sec.137-ssec.1) Notwithstanding any rule of law or practice to the contrary, the public trustee, acting in 1 capacity, may maintain proceedings against himself or herself acting in another capacity.
