### sec.117ZH Conditions of appointment
An appointed board member is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Minister.
However, an appointed board member who is a prescribed person under the Public Sector Act 2022 , section 267 is not entitled to be paid remuneration for holding office as an appointed board member.
For matters not provided for by this Act, an appointed board member holds office on the terms and conditions decided by the Minister.

(sec.117ZH-ssec.1) An appointed board member is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Minister.
