### sec.117ZF Disqualification as appointed board member
A person is disqualified from becoming or continuing as an appointed board member if—
the person has a conviction, other than a spent conviction, for an indictable offence; or
the person is an insolvent under administration; or
the person is disqualified from managing a corporation because of the Corporations Act , part 2D .6; or
the person is the public trustee; or
the Minister asks for the person’s consent to make a request under section 117ZK in relation to the person and the person does not consent.
