### sec.117G Entry to places
An inspector may enter a place if—
its occupier consents to the entry or the purpose of the entry is to get the occupier’s consent; or
it is a public place and the entry is made when it is open to the public; or
it is an accountable person’s place of business and is—
open for carrying on the business; or
otherwise open for entry; or
the entry is permitted by a warrant.
Subsection (1) (c) does not apply if the accountable person’s place of business is, or is part of, a dwelling house.

(sec.117G-ssec.2) Subsection (1) (c) does not apply if the accountable person’s place of business is, or is part of, a dwelling house.
(sec.117G-ssec.3) In this section— accountable person see section 98 .
- (a) its occupier consents to the entry or the purpose of the entry is to get the occupier’s consent; or
- (b) it is a public place and the entry is made when it is open to the public; or
- (c) it is an accountable person’s place of business and is— (i) open for carrying on the business; or (ii) otherwise open for entry; or
- (i) open for carrying on the business; or
- (ii) otherwise open for entry; or
- (d) the entry is permitted by a warrant.
