### sec.12M Reporting The commissioner must ensure that each report of the commission under the Public Sector Act 2022 , section 207 (2) (i) includes a statement about the following— the implementation during the reporting period of the code of conduct for public service agencies; details of the action taken during the reporting period to comply with section 12A .
