### sec.99 Notice of termination If a public sector employee’s chief executive decides to terminate the employment of the employee under this division, the chief executive must give the employee notice of the termination. The notice must state the day the termination takes effect. (sec.99-ssec.1) If a public sector employee’s chief executive decides to terminate the employment of the employee under this division, the chief executive must give the employee notice of the termination.
