### sec.93 Disciplinary action against public sector employee
In disciplining a public sector employee, the employee’s chief executive may take the disciplinary action, or order the disciplinary action be taken, against the employee that the chief executive considers reasonable in the circumstances.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that disciplinary action mentioned in section 92 (1) (c) is not limited or otherwise affected by chapter 4 , part 4 , division 3 .
An order under subsection (1) is binding on anyone affected by it.
