### sec.310 Existing delegations by chief executives
This section applies if—
immediately before the commencement, a delegation of a function or power by a chief executive was in effect under the repealed Act; and
under this Act, the chief executive may delegate the function or power to the person.
From the commencement, the delegation continues to have effect as if it had been made under this Act.
(sec.310-ssec.1) This section applies if— immediately before the commencement, a delegation of a function or power by a chief executive was in effect under the repealed Act; and under this Act, the chief executive may delegate the function or power to the person.
(sec.310-ssec.2) From the commencement, the delegation continues to have effect as if it had been made under this Act.
- (a) immediately before the commencement, a delegation of a function or power by a chief executive was in effect under the repealed Act; and
- (b) under this Act, the chief executive may delegate the function or power to the person.
