### sec.305 Existing declarations of interest by persons This section applies if— before the commencement, a person gave a statement about the person’s interests under the repealed Act, section 185 ; and immediately before the commencement, the statement was still in effect. From the commencement, the person is taken to have given the statement under section 88 .
