### sec.303 Existing consents to obtain criminal history
This section applies if—
before the commencement, a person gave written consent to a chief executive to obtain the person’s criminal history; and
immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not asked the police commissioner for a written report about the person’s criminal history.
From the commencement, the person is taken to have given the person’s consent to obtain the person’s criminal history under section 52 or 66 .
(sec.303-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a person gave written consent to a chief executive to obtain the person’s criminal history; and immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not asked the police commissioner for a written report about the person’s criminal history.
(sec.303-ssec.2) From the commencement, the person is taken to have given the person’s consent to obtain the person’s criminal history under section 52 or 66 .
- (a) before the commencement, a person gave written consent to a chief executive to obtain the person’s criminal history; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not asked the police commissioner for a written report about the person’s criminal history.
