### sec.271 Definitions for part
In this part—
service with the State means employment, in any capacity in—
the public service; or
the police service; or
any other office or position under the State.
the State includes a board, commission, commissioner, corporation, instrumentality or other person representing the State.
- (a) the public service; or
- (b) the police service; or
- (c) any other office or position under the State.
