### sec.263 Reporting to referring entity
As soon as practicable after preparing a report for a public sector review, the reviewing entity for the review must give the referring entity the report.
The referring entity must give a copy of the report to—
if a public sector entity is the subject of the public sector review—
the Minister administering the public sector entity; and
the chief executive of the public sector entity; and
anyone else the referring entity considers appropriate.
If the referring entity is the Minister, the Minister—
must table the report in the Legislative Assembly; and
may publish the report in the way the Minister considers appropriate.
If the referring entity is the council, the council may publish the report, or a part of the report, including any recommendations, in the way the council considers appropriate.
However, the referring entity must remove any confidential information from the report before the report is tabled or published under subsection (3) or (4) .
In this section—
confidential information —
means personal information; but
does not include information that is publicly available unless further disclosure of the information is prohibited by law.

- (b) anyone else the referring entity considers appropriate.
