### sec.201 Other powers The Governor in Council may, by gazette notice or regulation, prescribe anything necessary or convenient to be prescribed— to enable the making of a part 2 gazette notice; or for carrying out or giving effect to a part 2 gazette notice; or because of the making of a part 2 gazette notice. The Governor in Council may do anything else the Governor in Council considers necessary or convenient to be done— to enable the making of a part 2 gazette notice; or to carry out or give effect to a part 2 gazette notice; or because of the making of a part 2 gazette notice. transferring public service employees from a department to another department In this section— part 2 gazette notice means a gazette notice under this part, other than under this section.
