### sec.160 Chief executive’s power to second
The chief executive of a public service entity (the first entity ) may—
second a public service officer of the first entity within the first entity; or
with the approval of the chief executive of another entity, second a public service officer of the other entity to the first entity.
However, if the secondment is to a lower classification level, the secondment may be made only with the public service officer’s consent.
The chief executive of the first entity may cancel the secondment at any time.
(sec.160-ssec.1) The chief executive of a public service entity (the first entity ) may— second a public service officer of the first entity within the first entity; or with the approval of the chief executive of another entity, second a public service officer of the other entity to the first entity.
