### sec.148 Application of chapter This chapter applies only in relation to public service entities. However, if the only employee of the public service entity under this Act is the entity’s chief executive, this chapter applies only in relation to the employment of the chief executive. (sec.148-ssec.1) This chapter applies only in relation to public service entities. (sec.148-ssec.2) However, if the only employee of the public service entity under this Act is the entity’s chief executive, this chapter applies only in relation to the employment of the chief executive.
