### sec.130 Appeals
A person may appeal against a decision if—
an appeal may be made against the decision under section 131 ; and
the person is entitled to appeal against the decision under section 133 .
- (a) an appeal may be made against the decision under section 131 ; and
- (b) the person is entitled to appeal against the decision under section 133 .
