### sec.8R Report to Minister
The commissioner must give the Minister a report about a terrorist emergency within 3 months after the end of the declaration.
The report—
must include—
the nature of the terrorist emergency, when and why the emergency was declared, and when it ended; and
if the terrorist emergency declaration was extended, why it was extended; and
the terrorist emergency powers relied on and why they were relied on; and
if any terrorist emergency powers were delegated under section 7A , 8F or 8FB , the reason the powers were delegated; and
who authorised the exercise of the terrorist emergency powers and how the powers were exercised; and
may include anything else the commissioner considers appropriate.
