### sec.8O Power to require name, address and date of birth
A terrorist emergency officer may require a person to state the person’s correct name, address and date of birth if the person is about to enter, is in or if the terrorist emergency officer reasonably suspects the person has recently left, a declared area for the terrorist emergency.
Also, the terrorist emergency officer may require the person to give evidence of the correctness of the stated name, address and date of birth if, in the circumstances, it would be reasonable to expect the person to be in possession of evidence of the correctness of the stated name, address and date of birth or to otherwise be able to give the evidence.

(sec.8O-ssec.1) A terrorist emergency officer may require a person to state the person’s correct name, address and date of birth if the person is about to enter, is in or if the terrorist emergency officer reasonably suspects the person has recently left, a declared area for the terrorist emergency.
(sec.8O-ssec.2) Also, the terrorist emergency officer may require the person to give evidence of the correctness of the stated name, address and date of birth if, in the circumstances, it would be reasonable to expect the person to be in possession of evidence of the correctness of the stated name, address and date of birth or to otherwise be able to give the evidence.
