### sec.8K Definition for sdiv 1 In this subdivision— terrorist emergency officer means— the terrorist emergency forward commander; or a police officer acting on the instructions of the terrorist emergency forward commander. s 8K ins 2007 No. 34 s 12 - (a) the terrorist emergency forward commander; or - (b) a police officer acting on the instructions of the terrorist emergency forward commander.
