### sec.8AU Changes to extraordinary emergency authorisation The emergency commander may, at any time, change the authorisation area, or the circumstances relevant to the giving of the extraordinary emergency authorisation, by— amending the description of the area or circumstances on the emergency situation certificate; and noting the date and time of the amendment on the emergency situation certificate. s 8AU ins 2017 No. 30 s 35 - (a) amending the description of the area or circumstances on the emergency situation certificate; and - (b) noting the date and time of the amendment on the emergency situation certificate.
