### sec.43I Report about surveillance device authorisations
As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, but no later than 30 September, the commissioner must give the Minister a report stating the number of surveillance device authorisations given during the financial year.
The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after the Minister receives the report.
