### sec.43 Reports
The Minister must table in the Legislative Assembly a report about the CBR emergency within 6 months after the end of the emergency.
The report—
must include—
the nature of the CBR emergency, when and why the emergency was declared, and when it ended; and
if the CBR emergency was extended, why it was extended; and
the CBR emergency powers relied on, why they were relied on; and
who authorised emergency responders to exercise the CBR emergency powers relied on, who was authorised to exercise the powers, and how they were used; and
if any CBR emergency powers were delegated under section 7A or 19 (5) , why, and to whom, the powers were delegated; and
may include anything else the Minister considers appropriate.

(sec.43-ssec.1) The Minister must table in the Legislative Assembly a report about the CBR emergency within 6 months after the end of the emergency.
