### sec.25 Power to seize property
A CBRE police officer may seize property to ensure a CBR substance involved in the CBR emergency is made ineffective.
For exercising the property seizure power, a CBRE police officer may require a person to leave in a stated place property the person possesses or controls.
However, the CBRE police officer may require a person to leave property in a stated place only if the CBRE police officer considers, having regard to the substance involved in the CBR emergency—
it is reasonably necessary to require the person to leave the property in the place; and
it is reasonably practicable for the person to leave the property in the place.

(sec.25-ssec.1) A CBRE police officer may seize property to ensure a CBR substance involved in the CBR emergency is made ineffective.
(sec.25-ssec.2) For exercising the property seizure power, a CBRE police officer may require a person to leave in a stated place property the person possesses or controls.
(sec.25-ssec.3) However, the CBRE police officer may require a person to leave property in a stated place only if the CBRE police officer considers, having regard to the substance involved in the CBR emergency— it is reasonably necessary to require the person to leave the property in the place; and it is reasonably practicable for the person to leave the property in the place.
- (a) it is reasonably necessary to require the person to leave the property in the place; and
- (b) it is reasonably practicable for the person to leave the property in the place.
