### sec.20 CBRE ambulance officers
A CBRE ambulance officer may exercise the following powers—
the treatment power;
the power to give directions under section 31 .
The CBRE ambulance officer may exercise the relevant power only in accordance with this Act, the terms of the authorisation to exercise the power and subject to the directions of the CBRE commander or the ambulance controller.
Also, if the CBRE ambulance officer is a non-government ambulance officer, the ambulance officer is subject to the direction of a government ambulance officer.

(sec.20-ssec.1) A CBRE ambulance officer may exercise the following powers— the treatment power; the power to give directions under section 31 .
(sec.20-ssec.2) The CBRE ambulance officer may exercise the relevant power only in accordance with this Act, the terms of the authorisation to exercise the power and subject to the directions of the CBRE commander or the ambulance controller.
(sec.20-ssec.3) Also, if the CBRE ambulance officer is a non-government ambulance officer, the ambulance officer is subject to the direction of a government ambulance officer.
