### sec.97 Existing committee members continue for term of appointment
This section applies in relation to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held appointment as a committee member under the repealed Act.
The person’s appointment as committee member continues for the term, and on the conditions, stated in the member’s instrument of appointment.
