### sec.94 Responsible public authority for particular health records This section applies in relation to an existing public record to which the repealed Act, section 62C applied immediately before the commencement. Despite section 16, the health department remains the responsible public authority under this Act for the existing public record, even if a function of the department to which the record relates is transferred to another entity. In this section— health department means the department in which the Hospital and Health Boards Act 2011 is administered.
