### sec.49 Delegation The archivist may delegate the archivist’s functions under this Act to— an appropriately qualified member of the staff of the archives; or an appropriately qualified officer or employee of a public authority. - (a) an appropriately qualified member of the staff of the archives; or - (b) an appropriately qualified officer or employee of a public authority.
