### sec.33 Application of part This part applies in relation to a public record in the custody of the archives. This part does not prevent a person applying for access, or the archivist giving access, under another law to a public record in the custody of the archives. the Right to Information Act 2009 (sec.33-ssec.1) This part applies in relation to a public record in the custody of the archives.
