### sec.10 Notification of application—appearance on application
If a convicted person in respect of whom an application is made under section 7 (1) is known by the applicant to have a spouse or dependant, notification of the making of the application and of the day on which it is to be heard shall be given by the applicant to the spouse or dependant, as the case may require, of whom the applicant has knowledge.
All persons who, in the opinion of the judge hearing an application under section 7 (1) , have a legitimate interest in the outcome of the application may appear and be heard and adduce evidence upon the application.
(sec.10-ssec.1) If a convicted person in respect of whom an application is made under section 7 (1) is known by the applicant to have a spouse or dependant, notification of the making of the application and of the day on which it is to be heard shall be given by the applicant to the spouse or dependant, as the case may require, of whom the applicant has knowledge.
