117 Corresponding interstate prohibition orders
> For the Act, section 101(1), definition of corresponding interstate prohibition order, the following are prescribed—
>
> > (a) an interim prohibition order or prohibition order made under the Health Ombudsman Act 2013 of Queensland,
>
> > (b) an order made under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009 of Queensland, Schedule, section 196(4), as it applies as a law of a State or Territory,
>
> > (b1) an interim prohibition order made under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009 of Queensland, Schedule, as it applies as a law of a State or Territory,
>
> > (c) an order made under the Health and Community Services Complaints Act 2004 of South Australia, Part 6, Division 5,
>
> > (d) an order made under the Health Complaints Act 2016 of Victoria, Part 8,
>
> > (e) an order made under the Health and Disability Services (Complaints) Act 1995 of Western Australia, Part 3D, Division 1 or 2,
>
> > (f) an interim prohibition or condition order made under the Human Rights Commission Act 2005 of the Australian Capital Territory, section 94G,
>
> > (g) a final prohibition or condition order made under the Human Rights Commission Act 2005 of the Australian Capital Territory, section 94H,
>
> > (h) an interim prohibition order made under the Health Complaints Act 1995 of Tasmania, section 56AAB,
>
> > (i) a prohibition order made under the Health Complaints Act 1995 of Tasmania, section 56AAC.
