### sec.70 Use of class A, B, C or D recycled water samples taken under expired regulation for annual value This section applies if a sample of recycled water to be supplied as class A, B, C or D recycled water was taken to test for Escherichia coli under section 18AF(a) of the expired regulation during the period starting on 1 September 2017 and ending on the day before the commencement. Section 59(2) applies to the sample as though the sample was taken for testing as required under section 59(1). (sec.70-ssec.1) This section applies if a sample of recycled water to be supplied as class A, B, C or D recycled water was taken to test for Escherichia coli under section 18AF(a) of the expired regulation during the period starting on 1 September 2017 and ending on the day before the commencement. (sec.70-ssec.2) Section 59(2) applies to the sample as though the sample was taken for testing as required under section 59(1).
