### sec.65 Certificates for the removal of bonded ACM
Existing arrangements approved or established by the chief executive under section 2E of the expired regulation are taken to be arrangements approved or established by the chief executive under section 8.
A person who holds an existing certificate under section 2E of the expired regulation is taken to hold a certificate for section 8.
