### sec.51 Standards for the quality of water and management of water quality This division prescribes standards for the quality of water and requirements for the management of the quality of water. For the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2008 , schedule 3 , definition water quality criteria , paragraphs (a) (i) and (b)(i)— section 52 (3) , (4) , (5) and (6) prescribes standards for the quality of drinking water; and sections 53 (2) and (3) , 56 (1) , 57 (1) and (3) , 58 (2) and 59 (2) prescribe standards for the quality of recycled water. (sec.51-ssec.1) This division prescribes standards for the quality of water and requirements for the management of the quality of water.
