### sec.39 Prescribed information for school health programs— Act , s 213AD For section 213AD (1) (c) of the Act , the following information about a student is prescribed— the sex of the student; the school’s class or group to which the student belongs; the language spoken at home by the student; whether the student identifies as an Aboriginal person or a Torres Strait Islander. - (a) the sex of the student; - (b) the school’s class or group to which the student belongs; - (c) the language spoken at home by the student; - (d) whether the student identifies as an Aboriginal person or a Torres Strait Islander.
