### sec.30 Prescribed reporting period— Act , s 61I For section 61I (3) of the Act , definition reporting period , the period is the shorter of the following— a quarter; the period stated in a notice given to the prescribed facility by the chief executive. In this section— quarter means a 3-month period ending on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September or 31 December.
