### sec.27 Invasive procedures For section 11 (1) (b) (xi) of the Act , an activity associated with, or part of, an invasive procedure that may expose a person to an infectious condition is prescribed. The Act is to be administered and enforced for the public health risk mentioned in subsection (1) by the State only. In this section— invasive procedure see section 147 of the Act .
