### sec.20 Purpose of division— Act , s 61 This division prescribes, under section 61 (1) (b) and (c) of the Act , measures to— control rats and mice; and prevent and control the public health risks mentioned in section 11 (1) (a) and (b) (i) of the Act in relation to rats and mice. Rats and mice are defined as designated pests in schedule 2 of the Act . - (a) control rats and mice; and - (b) prevent and control the public health risks mentioned in section 11 (1) (a) and (b) (i) of the Act in relation to rats and mice.
