### sec.14 Purpose of division— Act , s 61 This division prescribes, under section 61 (1) (b) and (c) of the Act , measures to— control mosquitoes; and prevent and control the public health risks mentioned in section 11 (1) (a) and (b) (i) of the Act in relation to mosquitoes. Mosquitoes are defined as designated pests in schedule 2 of the Act . - (a) control mosquitoes; and - (b) prevent and control the public health risks mentioned in section 11 (1) (a) and (b) (i) of the Act in relation to mosquitoes. Note— Mosquitoes are defined as designated pests in schedule 2 of the Act .
