### sec.58 Applications This section applies to the following applications— an application for a licence under section 30 ; an application for the renewal of a licence under section 44 ; an application for the restoration of a licence under section 46A ; an application for an amendment of a licence under section 47 ; an application for the transfer of a licence under section 49 . The application must— be in the approved form; and be signed by or for the applicant; and be accompanied by the fee for the application. s 58 amd 2022 No. 1 s 110 (sec.58-ssec.1) This section applies to the following applications— an application for a licence under section 30 ; an application for the renewal of a licence under section 44 ; an application for the restoration of a licence under section 46A ; an application for an amendment of a licence under section 47 ; an application for the transfer of a licence under section 49 . (sec.58-ssec.2) The application must— be in the approved form; and be signed by or for the applicant; and be accompanied by the fee for the application. - (a) an application for a licence under section 30 ; - (b) an application for the renewal of a licence under section 44 ; - (c) an application for the restoration of a licence under section 46A ; - (d) an application for an amendment of a licence under section 47 ; - (e) an application for the transfer of a licence under section 49 . - (a) be in the approved form; and - (b) be signed by or for the applicant; and - (c) be accompanied by the fee for the application.
