### sec.57 Return of cancelled or suspended licence to local government
This section applies if the local government has cancelled or suspended a licence and given an information notice for the decision to the licensee.
The licensee must return the licence to the local government within 7 days after receiving the information notice, unless the licensee has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —20 penalty units.
