### sec.41 Conditions of licence
A licence is subject to the following conditions—
the licensee must comply with this Act;
the licensee must ensure that—
the licensee’s licence, or a copy of the licence, is displayed at each of the licensee’s premises so that it is easily visible to a person as the person enters the premises; and
a copy of the infection control guidelines are kept at each premises at which the licensee carries on business; and
each of the licensee’s fixed premises comply with the Queensland Development Code, part MP 5.2; and
each of the licensee’s mobile premises comply with the Queensland Development Code, part MP 5.2 to the extent the part could reasonably apply to mobile premises if mobile premises were a place of business under that part; and
the fixtures, fittings and equipment in the licensee’s premises are maintained in good repair and operational order;
Sterilising units must be regularly maintained.
other reasonable conditions the local government considers appropriate to give effect to this Act and that are stated in the licence.
Conditions may be imposed under subsection (1) (c) —
when a licence is issued, renewed, amended or transferred; or
at another time if the local government considers this is necessary to minimise the infection risk associated with the provision of higher risk personal appearance services under the licensee’s licence.
If the local government decides to impose conditions on the licence under subsection (2) (b) , the local government must immediately give the licensee an information notice for the decision.
