### sec.34 Criteria for granting application for licence The local government may grant the application for a licence only if the local government is satisfied— the applicant is a suitable person to hold a licence; and the premises at which the higher risk personal appearance services are to be provided are suitable for providing the services. - (a) the applicant is a suitable person to hold a licence; and - (b) the premises at which the higher risk personal appearance services are to be provided are suitable for providing the services.
