### sec.32 What the application must state
The application must state the following—
the name and address of the applicant or, if the applicant is a corporation, the corporation’s registered office under the Corporations Act and the names of its directors;
for fixed premises, the address of the premises;
for mobile premises—
a description of the premises that includes the registration number if the premises are a vehicle that is required to be registered; and
an address, in the local government area of the local government to which the application is made, at which the premises may be inspected for deciding the application;
an address for service of documents;
the details, required in the approved form for the application, to enable the local government to decide whether—
the applicant is a suitable person to hold a licence; and
the premises at which higher risk personal appearance services are to be provided are suitable for providing the services.
In this section—
address for service means a place where the applicant resides or intends to carry on business.
(sec.32-ssec.1) The application must state the following— the name and address of the applicant or, if the applicant is a corporation, the corporation’s registered office under the Corporations Act and the names of its directors; for fixed premises, the address of the premises; for mobile premises— a description of the premises that includes the registration number if the premises are a vehicle that is required to be registered; and an address, in the local government area of the local government to which the application is made, at which the premises may be inspected for deciding the application; an address for service of documents; the details, required in the approved form for the application, to enable the local government to decide whether— the applicant is a suitable person to hold a licence; and the premises at which higher risk personal appearance services are to be provided are suitable for providing the services.
(sec.32-ssec.2) In this section— address for service means a place where the applicant resides or intends to carry on business.
- (a) the name and address of the applicant or, if the applicant is a corporation, the corporation’s registered office under the Corporations Act and the names of its directors;
- (b) for fixed premises, the address of the premises;
- (c) for mobile premises— (i) a description of the premises that includes the registration number if the premises are a vehicle that is required to be registered; and (ii) an address, in the local government area of the local government to which the application is made, at which the premises may be inspected for deciding the application;
- (i) a description of the premises that includes the registration number if the premises are a vehicle that is required to be registered; and
- (ii) an address, in the local government area of the local government to which the application is made, at which the premises may be inspected for deciding the application;
- (d) an address for service of documents;
- (e) the details, required in the approved form for the application, to enable the local government to decide whether— (i) the applicant is a suitable person to hold a licence; and (ii) the premises at which higher risk personal appearance services are to be provided are suitable for providing the services.
- (i) the applicant is a suitable person to hold a licence; and
